Why aluminum
Most electrical busbar are made from copper, however, in some cases the aluminum will be introduced. Aluminum has lower conductivity, but it can be harder, lighter and cheaper than copper.
Aluminum type
In our former production, the most common grade of aluminum is the 1060 and 6061. The work on aluminum bars has no big difference than it is on copper bars, except that the copper bar behaves better in bending and twisting.
